According to Lt. Riley Finnegan of the Billings Police Department. Lt Finnegan tweeted "0-33936-Shooting- Officers responded to a reported shooting at 429 19th St. W. One male subject transported to a local hospital via ambulance. Detectives are responding to the scene, and the investigation will be ongoing."
A Billings resident, a 62-year-old man Robert Knight, was arrested as the prime suspect in the murder of a 33-year-old man, both of whom are Billings residences.
According to sources of the Montana News, the shooting victim later died at the hospital due to the sustained shotgun injury.
The release of the shooting victim's name is not released until authorities can contact the next of kin.
