Minot Police Conduct Beverage Enforcement Activities At 30 Local Business On Saturday -- All Passed Except Two

The Minot Police Department conducted alcoholic beverage enforcement activities at 30 local businesses on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2019. Of the 30 businesses that were visited as part of the enforcement activities, two committed violations of serving alcohol to a person under 21 years of age.


The businesses that committed violations now face administrative penalties. Those businesses include Moose Lodge and Planet Pizza.


Businesses that commit violations face administrative penalties through the city, including temporary license suspensions and license revocation.


No criminal charges were issued during this round of compliance checks.


So far in 2019, the Minot Police Department has conducted 128 alcohol compliance checks at local businesses that hold alcoholic beverage licenses. There have been 19 violations this year
