10/25/19 @ 0101 hours -- An Officer conducted a traffic stop for an equipment violation in the area of Rodney St and Davis St.  The Officer met with the driver of the vehicle and investigation into the traffic stop led to the 21 year old male driver being placed under arrest for DUI (2nd Offense), Aggravated DUI (2nd Offense), and Driving while driving status is Revoked.  He was booked into the LCSO Jail.  There was a passenger in the vehicle that had (2) outstanding Justice Court warrants.  The 21 year old female passenger was booked into the LCSO Jail for the active arrest warrants.

 

 

10/25/19 @ 1355 hours -- An Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of Logan St for a report of a domestic disturbance.  Investigation into the matter led to a 28 year old male being placed under arrest for (2) outstanding warrants (Helena Municipal and District Court), Criminal Mischief, and Resisting Arrest.  When being placed under arrest by Officers, the male resisted the Officers’ efforts to place him under arrest which led to the male being tased by Officers.  He was booked into the LCSO Jail. 

 

10/25/19 @ 1510 hours -- An Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of N. Ewing St for a report of a people possibly breaking into a vehicle.  The Officer located the individuals and learned the individuals were trying to fix a friend's vehicle.  Further inquiry into the matter led to a 44 year old male being placed under arrest for an outstanding Justice Court warrant.  He was booked into the LCSO Jail. 

 

10/25/19 @ 1554 hours -- An Officer was dispatched to the Law and Justice Center for a report of a male at this location that had an active warrant for his arrest.  The Officer located the male and the 47 year old male was placed under arrest for the outstanding warrant.  He was booked into the LCSO Jail. 

 

 

 

 

**The Helena Police Department responded to 99 calls for service.  A brief summary of some of the calls the Officers responded to are as follows:  (1) non-injury crashes, (1) injury crash, (4) animal calls, (6) Disorderly/Disturbance calls, (2) domestic disturbances, (4) suspicious incidents, (8) thefts, (2) trespasses and conducted (9) welfare checks.
