According to Lt. Brett Petty Patrol Commander with the Helena Police Department on 10/24/19 @ 1352 hours -- An Officer was dispatched to the 3000 block of N. Montana Ave for a report of possible drug paraphernalia found.  Investigation into the matter led to a 26 year old male being placed under arrest for (2) outstanding Helena Municipal Court warrants.  He was booked into the LCSO Jail. 

 

10/24/19 @ 1454 hours – An Officer to a report of juvenile male in possession of a vape device in the 1000 block of Rodney St.  Investigation into the matter led to a 14 year old male being issued a citation for minor in possession of tobacco.  He was referred to Helena Municipal Court.

 

10/24/19 @ 1458 hours -- An Officer was dispatched to the 1300 block of Lyndale Ave Ave for a report of a domestic disturbance.  The male had left prior to the Officers’ arrival.  The male was located shortly after in the 2100 block of Missoula Ave.  Investigation into the matter led to a 26 year old male being placed under arrest for PFMA, Criminal Mischief, Criminal Destruction of Communication Device, and Resisting Arrest.  When being placed under arrest by Officers, the male resisted the Officers’ efforts to place him under arrest which led to the male being tased by Officers.  He was later booked into the LCSO Jail. 

 

10/24/19 @ 1924 hours – An Officer was dispatched to a business in the 2700 block of Prospect Ave for a report of a female trespassing on the property that she had been previously trespassed from.  Investigation into the matter led to an 18 year old female being issued citations for trespassing and theft.  She was referred to Helena Municipal Court.

 

10/24/19 @ 2328 hours -- An Officer was dispatched to the 1100 block of Enterprise Dr for suspicious circumstances.  Investigation into the matter led to a 23 year old female being placed under arrest for an outstanding Helena Municipal Court warrant.  She was booked into the LCSO Jail. 

 

 

**The Helena Police Department responded to 98 calls for service.  A brief summary of some of the calls the Officers responded to are as follows:  (4) non-injury crashes, (3) animal calls, (3) Disorderly/Disturbance calls, (1) domestic disturbance, (8) suspicious incidents, (2) thefts, (4) trespasses and conducted (3) welfare checks.
