According to Lt Jayson Zander Criminal Division of the Helena Police Department, At 1159 hours, an Officer responded to the 2700 block of Colonial for a report of an assault that occurred.
It was reported a juvenile female assaulted an adult as well as another juvenile.
The Officer met with the involved parties and determined an assault did occur. The juvenile female was cited with 2 counts of assault and referred to Juvenile Probation.
At 2255 hours, an Officer responded to the 500 block of Raven Run for a report of a domestic disturbance.
Upon arrival, the Officer met with the involved parties and determined no assault occurred. It was discovered, however, that the involved female had valid warrants for her arrest.
The 42-year-old Helena woman was arrested for the warrants and booked into the LCSO jail.
At 2320 hours, an Officer conducted a traffic stop on the 400 block of Fuller Ave. he made contact with the female driver and observed signs of impairment.
The female driver was tested for DUI.
At the conclusion of the investigation, the 21-year-old Helena woman was arrested for DUI (2nd) and driving while suspended. She was booked into the LCSO jail
The Helena Police Department responded to 86 calls for service. Of those calls, they responded to 9 vehicle crashes, 7 Animal calls, 8 theft calls, 2 trespassing call, 6 welfare Checks, 6 Suspicious Circumstance calls, and conducted 11 traffic stops.
