Billings man Raymond Michael Pawlaczyk arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. May 8, 2018, while patrolling in the area of 24th street and Central Ave, Officer Gilmore observed a Raymond Pawlaczyk waling in a parking lot near a grocery store.
Officer Gilmore had learned from shift briefings that Pawlaczyk had warrants for his arrest.
After verifying the warrants for his arrest by dispatch Officer Gilmore and Billings Police officer, Neinhuis assisted in the arrest of Pawlaczyk. Officer Neinhuis then transported Pawlaczyk to the Yellowstone County detention Center.
While at the detention center, Jail staff located a glass pipe or Loker hidden in the seam of his pant leg.
The pipe tested positive for METH.
