According to Lieutenant Jayson Zander of the Helena Police Department, at about 1040 hours, an Officer responded to the 100 block of S Last Chance Gulch for a report of a male sleeping in the tunnel near Anchor Park.


The Officer located and identified the male.  It was discovered the 34-year-old Helena area man had a valid warrant for his arrest.  He was arrested and booked into the LCSO jail.   


At 2120 hours, an Officer responded to the 3100 block of Montana Ave for a report of a male trespassing.


The Officer arrived and located/identified the suspect.  The 33-year-old Helena area man was cited for trespassing and referred to Municipal Court.



The Helena Police Department responded to 92 calls for service.  Of those calls, they responded to 7 vehicle crashes, 6 Animal calls, 7 theft calls, 2 trespassing calls, 8 welfare Checks, and 8 Suspicious Circumstance calls.
