According to the Yellowstone County Sheriff’s Office, Sheriff Mike Linder is asking for the public’s help in locating a person of interest in a theft from the area of Hillcrest and Collier Roads
The Sheriff’s office has identified Nathan Green (photo attached although he is now bald) as a person of interest in the theft of a 2018 Can Am Outlander 4-wheeler, which is camouflage in color. The 4-wheeler was taken from a business in the 4900 block of Hillcrest road south of Billings.
Green was last seen on a property in a camper trailer in the 4900 block of Hillcrest around noon today. He is described as a 37-year-old white male, approximately 6 foot, thin build and bald. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a white tank top type tee shirt. Green may have been spotted in the trees near Collier road this afternoon without a shirt.
Although an extensive search of the area both from the ground and from the air was conducted today, due to the heavy vegetation in the area, Green may still be in hiding in the area.
Residents in the area are encouraged to lock their homes and outbuilding, and remove any keys from their vehicles and to lock campers and trailers. The 4-wheeler may still be in the area as well.
Property owners are asked to check their property and report any suspicious activity or vehicles.
Anyone who sees Green should not approach him but contact local law enforcement by calling 911
