0146 hours, an Officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Park and Placer.  The Officer made contact with the female driver, who demonstrated signs of impairment.  The 28-year-old Helena woman was tested for DUI and arrested.  She was booked into the LCSO jail.   


1510 hours, Officers were dispatched to the 10 block of E Lyndale Ave for a report of two shoplifters that had fled the scene.  The suspects, a 28-year-old Helena area man and a 21-year-old Helena area woman, were located and cited for theft.  They were referred to Municipal Court.


1435 hours, an Officer responded to the area of N Benton and Grizz Ave for a report of a possible intoxicated driver.  The Officer located the female suspect and noticed signs of impairment.  The 53-year-old Helena woman was tested for DUI and arrested.  She was booked into the LCSO jail for Expired Registration,  DUI (3rd) and Aggravated DUI.



The Helena Police Department responded to 100 calls for service.  Of those calls, they responded to 7 Animal calls, 5 theft calls, 9 welfare Checks, 12 Suspicious Circumstance calls and conducted 24 traffic stops.
