Vehicle Burglary: .40 Caliber Springfield 1911 Handgun Was Stolen

The Cheyenne Police Department is investigating a vehicle burglary which occurred on July 10.  A .40 caliber Springfield 1911 handgun was stolen from an unlocked vehicle along with a wallet and Garmin GPS in the 1500 block of Skyview Circle.

 

To prevent yourself from being the victim of a vehicle burglary, remember Lock it or Lose it.  Lock your doors, hide your valuables, or take them with you.  If you have information about this or any other crime, call Crime Stoppers Silent Witness at 638-TIPS or go to www.silentwitnesslaramiecounty.com.   

 

You will remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.  The caller I.D. system is not installed on the Silent Witness phone lines.  If you have any information as to who the suspect or suspects are, call the Cheyenne Police Department as the vehicle burglars need to be taken off the streets of Cheyenne Wyoming.
