Billings Inmate Ernest Lee Eades maliciously attacks man in the Yellowstone County Detention facility.

26-year-old Eades listed as a transient with by the Billings Police.  Eades was attested and charged on unrelated prior charges.

on Thursday, July 10, 2019, Deputy Gillen dispatched to the detention center for was described as a maliciously intended assault.  

Once at the Detention Facility, Deputy H. Gillen met with jail staff and was told that Ernest Lee Eades maliciously attacked another inmate by the name of Liam M. Gallegos.

According to the victim, Gallegos stated that Ernest Lee Eades intentionally waited for him in the rec yard and attacked him kicking him, punching him and kneeing him in what was a planned attack.

As Ernest attacked Gallegos, he yelled, "Hey fucker, this is what you get." as he was attacking Gallegos.

Ernest was arrested for Assault.
