Laurel man Tracy Nicholas James was arrested and charged for assault of a family member being, his girlfriend, Sarah Dreese.
IB June 17, 2019, the Yellowstone County Sheriff's department was called to disturbance call located at the address of 2706 Buffalo Horn Drive.
According to the investigation, both Tracy and his girlfriend earlier that morning were arguing verbally with each other. Tracy at one point doing that argument, slapped Sarah Dreese in the face on the left side of her cheek.
According to the statement from Tracy, he stated that he slapped his girlfriend with an open hand. Both of the individuals had been seeing each other for 1 1/2 years together and are living with each other.
Sheriff Deputy Sanderlin Badge#3039 arrested Tracy James and place him into custody without further incident.
