According to Lt. Brett Petty, #746Patrol Commander of the Helena Police Department on 6/15/19 @ 0305 hours -- An Officer was dispatched to the area of Cedar St and the Interstate for a report of a one vehicle crash.


The driver of the vehicle sustained non-life threatening injuries in the crash and was transported to the hospital via ambulance.


Further investigation into the crash led to the 51 year old male driver being issued citations for DUI (1st Offense) and Careless Driving.


He was referred to Helena Municipal Court.6/15/19 @ 1646 hours -- An Officer was dispatched to the 1300 block of 9th Ave for a report of a disturbance between several individuals. Investigation into the disturbance led to a 21 year old female being placed under arrest for (2) counts of PFMA.


She was booked into the LCSO Jail.


6/15/19 @ 2243 hours -- An Officer was dispatched to the 3700 block of Travertine Way for a report of a domestic disturbance. Investigation into the disturbance led to a 15 year old female being issued a citation for PFMA (2nd Offense).

She was referred to Juvenile Probation.


**The Helena Police Department responded to 78 calls for service. A brief summary of some of the calls the Officers responded to are as follows: (1) non-injury accident, (3) animal calls, (2) Assaults, (10) Disturbance calls, (6) Domestic calls, (9) suspicious incidents, (3) thefts, and (7) welfare checks.
