At 0030 hours, an Officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Helena and Rodney.  Contact was made with the male driver, who demonstrated signs of impairment.  At the conclusion of the investigation, the 27-year-old Helena man was arrested for DUI.  He was booked into the LCSO jail.   

  

At 0120 hours, an Officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Park and Placer.  Contact was made with the male driver, who demonstrated signs of impairment.  At the conclusion of the investigation, the 30-year-old Helena man was arrested for DUI (3rd), Aggravated DUI, and Expired Registration.  He was booked into the LCSO jail. 

 

At 0137 hours, an Officer conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 15 near mile marker 194.  Contact was made with the male driver, who demonstrated signs of impairment.  At the conclusion of the investigation, the 26-year-old Helena man was arrested for DUI (2nd) and Aggravated DUI.  He was booked into the LCSO jail. 

 

At 0149 hours, an Officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Lawrence and Cruse.  Contact was made with the male driver, who demonstrated signs of impairment.  At the conclusion of the investigation, the 23-year-old Helena man was arrested for DUI.  He was booked into the LCSO jail. 

 

At 0610 hours, an Officer responded to the 800 block of Oregon for a report of a male who possibly overdosed.  The male was located and taken to the hospital.

 

At 0641 hours, an Officer responded to the 800 block of Oregon for a report of a male passed out in a vehicle.  The male was located; he demonstrated signs of impairment. At the conclusion of the investigation, the 26-year-old Helena man was arrested for DUI (2nd) and Aggravated DUI.  He was booked into the LCSO jail.

 

At 0944 hours, an Officer responded to the 200 block of Obsidian for a report of a burglary to a residence.     

 

At 1211 hours, Officers responded to the 300 block of Janet for a report of a suicidal male.  The male was located and placed in protective custody.  He was transported to the hospital. 

 

 

 

The Helena Police Department responded to 48 calls for service.  Of those calls, they responded to 1 vehicle crash, 7 welfare Checks,  1 Trespassing complaint, and 4 Suspicious Circumstance calls.
