Billings man Derrick Alan Davis Jr was arrested and charged for his 3rd Family Member Assault charge in just two years.
On April 27, 2019, Billings Police Officer Jairo Solario and Philip Tanis were dispatched to the residence of 307 South Billings Blvd. The victim goes by the initials of D.W. who stated to the police that she was the wife of Derrick Davis Jr.
Billings Police Officers observed that the floor was in disarray with household stuff scattered about the level of the home's interior.
According to Davis Jr's wife D.W., she stated that she and her husband had been arguing earlier that night.
Derrick David Jr. then left home and later returned around 4:00 A.M. intoxicated. An argument began again.
Soon the verbal fight turned into a physical altercation.
Davis Jr. started throwing shoes at the victim striking the victim several times with the boots, using both hands D.W. was able to shove Davis Jr. away to get him away from her.
Billings Police at the time, We're not aware that Davis Jr. had many PFMA's back in 2018.
