Billings woman Shannon Leigh Smith arrested and charged for Partner Family Member Assault, her first offense.
On April 23, 2019, the Yellowstone County Sheriff's Office dispatched a Deputy to a report of verbal and physical argument in progress.
When Officer Etter badge#3093 arrived at the address of 3116 Becraft Lane he made contact with Klerstin Lipes who stated that her mother, Shannon Smith forced her way into her room breaking down part of the door frame.
Lipes also accused her mother of breaking the bedroom window and grabbing her by her upper arm and forearm.
Shannon Leigh Smith was arrested and charged without further incident.
