4/23/19 @ 3:06am  Officers were called to a possible attempted burglary to a residence in the 900 blk of Cannon Street.  The case is still under investigation to determine if anything is missing from the property or whether any structures were actually entered.

 

4/22/19 @ 9:49am  A school resource officer cited a 17 yr old female student at Helena High School for Underage Possession of Tobacco.  She was cited and released.

 

4/22/19 @ 6:33am  Officers were called to a disturbance at a residence in the 2200 blk of Deerfield Lane. No arrests were made.

 

4/22/19 @ 5:32pm  Officers stopped a vehicle near Custer and McHugh for a traffic violation and arrested the 31 yr old female driver on an outstanding warrant, in addition to traffic offenses.  She was booked at the detention center.

 

4/22/19 @ 11:35pm  An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation near Allison and Wilder Streets.  After investigation, the officer arrested the driver – a 49 yr old Helena male –for Driving Under the Influence, Aggravated DUI and for Open Container in a MV.  He was booked at the detention center.

 

4/20/19 @ 5:31pm Officers were called to investigate an assault at a residence in the 900 blk of Abbey Street.  After investigating, officers arrested a 27 yr old Helena male for 2nd offense Partner or Family Member Assault and an outstanding warrant.  He was booked at the detention center.

 

4/19/19 @ 7:44am Officer took a report of a theft from a residence in the 300 blk of North Davis Street.

 

4/19/19 @ 3:13pm  Officers investigated an assault that occurred at a residence in the 1200 blk of Glendale Street.  Officers cited and released a 20 yr old Helena female for misdemeanor Assault.

 

4/20/19 @ 2:22am  An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation near Montana and Poplar Avenue, arresting the driver – a 19 yr old Helena female – for 1st offense DUI, Speeding and Underage Possession of Alcohol.  She was booked at the detention center.

 

4/21/19 @ 12:29pm  An officer was called concerning a criminal mischief to a motor vehicle in the 400 blk of Last Chance Gulch.  The victim reported tires slashed on her car parked on the street there.
