Miles City resident, Kori Davis Haines was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to pay or appear on the time scheduled pay agreement. The charges stem from Highway Patrol Trooper #1824 for Habitual offender operating a Motor vehicle and three counts of Contempt charges out of Justice Court.
The warrant was out of the Justice Court for the County of Gallatin before Judge Rick West from Bozeman Montana.
Kori Haines was arrested in the city of Billings and located at 208 South 34th street in billings by Billings Police Officer Swanson Badge #0157.
Also out of Deer Lodge Montana in the County of Powell, there was a complaint filed against Kori Davis Haines for Felony escape from Billings on April 15, 2019.
Kori Davis Haines temporarily assigned to the Billings Alpha House which is a Pre-release Center. Haines received an official temporary leave granted only for a specific time frame of which Haines
