Billings woman, Miranda Louise Grotbo, was arrested and charged for Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs. ON Feb 19, 2018, Billings Police Officer Seth Foster and other Street Crimes Units Officers were investigating a room at the Billings Red Lion for possible drug activity.
Billings Police Officer Ben Beck observed vehicle pull up with James Armstrong Higgins in the car who had an active warrant for his arrest.
Higgins and Grotbo drove to the area of 19th Street West and King Ave West being followed by Billings Police Officer Seth Foster. Miranda Louise Grotbo was operating the vehicle.
Billings Police Officer Ben Beck searched James Armstrong Higgins and discovered a syringe and METH. Miranda Grotbo stated to the Officers that she had METH on her person. Both Higgins and Grotbo were transported to the Yellowstone County Detention Facility without further incident.
