At 0143 hours, an Officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Park and Placer.  When contact was made with the male driver, he demonstrated signs of impairment and was tested for DUI.  At the conclusion of the investigation, the 41-year-old Whitehall man was arrested for DUI.  He was booked into the LCSO jail. 

 

At 0245 hours, an Officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of National and Argyle.  The male driver demonstrated signs of impairment and was tested for DUI.  At the conclusion of the investigation, the  23-year-old Helena man was arrested for DUI (3rd), Aggravated DUI, driving while suspended, and no proof of insurance.  He was booked into the LCSO jail.     

 

At 0140 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 400 block of Parriman for a report of a possible assault.  At the conclusion of the investigation, no charges were pursued. 

 

At 1209 hours, an Officer responded to the 400 block of N Last Chance Gulch for a report of counterfeit money.  A suspect was identified and the case is active.   

 

At 1954 hours, an Officer responded to the 800 block of Abbey for a report of a cold theft that occurred several months ago.  A suspect was identified and the case is active.

 

At 1907 hours, an Officer responded to the hospital for a report of a victim of a possible sex assault was being treated there.  The case is active.
