A Day In the Yellowstone County District Court Criminal Cases

In other words, the prosecution  or Plaintiff's must prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, each essential element of the crime or civil allegations charged or leveled.  Until then the defendant or respondent is considered innocent of the charges or civil allegations

The following individuals were charged with various crimes were in court today before Judge Harris.  The following data is what the Montana News reporter observed took place District Court.

Johnny Allen Wahee Sr. had a case to change his plea for the charge of Criminal Mischief (misdemeanor)  Wahee Sr. Plead Guilty and is to be sentenced on May 3, 2019.

RimRock Foundation has an appt with him on 4-3-2019.

On the charged o Failure to Register as a Violent Offender, (Felony) Wahee Sr. plead guilty.  Wahee Sr. was placed on an O/R until the Rimrock Foundation will take custody of him on April 3, 2019.

Tisa Marie Brien was in court to change her Plea and will be sentenced on April 4, 2019, with the Pre-sentence Investigation waved.

As for the Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs (Felony), she pleads guilty, and on the Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor) charge, that charge was dismissed entirely.  On the Dui 1st offense (misdemeanor) she pleads guilty to this charge.

Trent Phillip Dellisola was charged for sexual Intercourse without consent plead guilty (felony)  Dellisola was put on his on O/R for a psycho sex eval, and that is to be set up for special Pre-sentence investigation at the Yellowstone County Detention Facility.

Stuart Edward Dollarhide sentencing date is on May 3, 2019, with a Pre-sentence investigation at the Yellowstone County Detention Facility.

On the charge of Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs (heroin) (Felony), he pleads guilty.  On the Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor) charge it was to be dismissed.

as for (3) other Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs all Felonies,  Dollarhide pleads guilty to all three charges.

On the charge of Criminal Production of Manufacture of Dangerous drugs (felony), he pleads guilty.  On the Criminal Possession of Precursors to dangerous Drugs crime, he pleads guilty. (Felony)
As to the Criminal Possession with intent to distribute he pleads guilty to the Felony charge.

Tiffany Marie Kendall Glenn's sentencing date will be on April 11, 2019, and the Pre-sentence Investigation will be waived.    As for the DUI Felony charge she pleads guilty.
