Syndicated by: Montana NewsSUMMARY OF CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING INCIDENT: Officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 10 block of 16th Ave. SW.
The investigation revealed that a male subject broke into the garage and fired several shots into the residence with a handgun.
The subject was a known acquaintance of the occupants. Five people were in the residence at the time, but nobody was hit by the rounds going through the residence.
This incident is under investigation by the Minot Police Department.
