Worden Montana man Justin Wade Cary was arrested and charged for Partner Family Member Assault.
March 3, 2019, the Yellowstone County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to the address of 2732 13th Road for what was described as an assault.
Yellowstone County Deputy Weston badge #3029 was advised by dispatch that a passing vehicle reported that another car slide off of the road at an intersection of the Ballantine off-ramp and Arrow Creek road.
The caller described to dispatch that they saw a man later identified as Justin Wade Cary, assaulting a female passenger.
Once Yellowstone County Deputy Weston was able to talk to the victim, Hyla Cary she indicated to Deputy Weston that Justin hit her multiple times with a closed fist because he was angry after sliding off the road.
She stated that she was hit on the back of the left side of her head multiple times and that she was in a lot of pain. Both Justin and Hyla Cary have been married for about (3) years. Justin weighs in at 200 lbs, and his wife Hyla is only 120 pounds wet. No defensive match against a man who weighs 100 pounds more than herself.
