According to Lieutenant Jayson Zander Badge #745 At 0852 hours, an Officer responded to the 200 block of Breckenridge for a report of lost property. 

 

At 0844 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 1900 block of N Washington for a report of an attempted theft of vehicle parts.  Video surveillance was captured and the case is active.   

 

At 0947 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 2700 block of Prospect for a report of a cold theft.  Video surveillance was captured and the case is active. 

 

At 1211 hours, an Officer responded to the 3100 block of N Montana for a report of a shoplift that occurred.  The suspect fled the scene prior to Officer arrival. 

 

At 1316 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 400 block of Broadway for a report of an altercation between a male and female.  At the conclusion of the investigation, it was determined an assault occurred.  A 29-year-old Helena man was arrested for Partner/Family Member Assault and booked into the LCSO jail. 

 

At 1440 hours, an Officer responded to the 800 block of N Davis for a report of lost property. 

 

At 1645 hours, an Officer responded to the 3000 block of N Montana for a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle.

 

At 1715 hours, an Officer responded to the 900 block of Tara Ct for a report of a disturbance.  While on scene, a 22-year-old Helena man was identified and it was discovered he had 2 valid warrants for his arrest.  The male was arrested and booked into the LCSO jail.   

 

 

 

The Helena Police Department responded to 115 calls for service.  Of those calls, they responded to 25 vehicle crashes, 9 welfare Checks,  2 Trespassing complaints, and 5 Suspicious Circumstance calls.
