The Montana Department of Corrections has issued a "Pick-up and Hold" on Probationer Joliet man Timothy Daniel Lorash. The order was based on the laws & conduct and illegal drug use clause.
The last known address of Timothy Lorash was 100 Madison St. in Joliet Montana. There is a recommendation of placing a $10,000 bond on him.
According to the Probation and Parole's office, Timothy Daniel Lorash appeared before Judge Blair Jones on March 19, 2014, for the purpose of a sentencing hearing for committing the crimes of Burglary and for Theft both of these cases are Felonies.
Judge Jones rendered a verdict of 3 years concurrent deferred sentences in both of the cases DC-13-30 and DC 13-29.
Almost a year to date, on April 8, 2015, Timothy Lorash appeared before Judge Blair Jones again for the purpose of revocation for the very same cases. This time, Judge Blair Jones sentenced Lorash to (6) six years at the Department of Corrections with 3 years suspended sentences in both of these cases but to run concurrently.
ON February 13, 2019 Lorash was arrested and charged with CPDP and failure to appear warrant.
In a separate case, Timothy Lorash has a pending criminal case in the city of Laurel City Court for the violation of a protective order.
In a separate incident, Timothy Lorash drove to the Probation and Parole's office while high on METH.
Timothy Daniel Lorash has a very bad drug habit that he just can not seem to kick. Lorash has already gone to (6) six treatment centers in 5 years yet he continues to use METH, is unemployed and fails to go to his DR. for mental health issues.
A bond of $25,000 has been requested.
