2/17/19 @ 0228 hours -- An Officer was dispatched to the intersection of Gallatin Ave and Sanders St for a report of a vehicle stuck in a snow bank.  Investigation into the traffic hazard led to the 32 year old female driver being placed under arrest for DUI (1st Offense) and Aggravated DUI (1st Offense).  She was booked into the LCSO Detention Center.

 

2/17/19 @ 0928 hours -- An Officer was dispatched to the 400 block of Clarke St for a welfare check on a female.  The Officer located and met with the female.  The female was transported to the hospital for her own well being.

 

2/17/19 @ 1555 hours -- An Officer was dispatched to a business in the 2700 block of Prospect Ave for a report of a cold theft.  There is suspect information and the case is active.

 

 

2/17/19 @ 1615 hours -- An Officer was dispatched to a business in the 600 block of N. Montana Ave for a report of a cold theft.  There is suspect information and the case is active.

 

 

2/17/19 @ 1738 hours -- An Officer was dispatched to a business in the 2700 block of Prospect Ave for a report of a theft that had just occurred.  The suspect had left prior to the Officer's arrival.  There is suspect information and the case is active.

 

2/17/19 @ 1759 hours -- An Officer was dispatched to the 200 block of Custer Ave for a report of a domestic disturbance.  Investigation into the matter led to no arrests being made at this time. 

 

 

2/17/19 @ 2304 hours -- An Officer was dispatched to the Law and Justice Center for a report of a person at this location wanting to turn them self in due to having a warrant for their arrest.  A 37 year old male was placed under arrest per a valid Justice Court warrant.  He was booked into the LCSO Detention Center.

 

 

2/16/19 @ 0819 hours -- An Officer took a report of a possible one vehicle crash that occurred in the 1500 block of Winne Ave and then left the scene of the accident.  This case is active. 

 

 

2/16/19 @ 0851 hours -- An Officer took a report of a stolen bike that was located at a local pawn shop.  The owner of the bike had their bike stolen out of neighboring county and found the bike in a pawn shop.  There is suspect information and this case is active.

 

 

2/16/19 @ 1416 hours -- An Officer took a report of a criminal mischief to a vehicle that was parked in the 1500 block of Railroad Ave. 

 

 

2/16/19 @ 1417 hours -- An Officer was dispatched to the 2400 block of Belt View Dr for a welfare check on a mother and child.  After not locating the mother and child, a MEPA (Missing Endangered Person Advisory) was issued for them.  Shortly after this was issued, the Officers were able to make contact with both the mother and child.  Both the mother and child were safe.

 

2/16/19 @ 1755 hours -- An Officer took a report of a theft from a vehicle that was parked in the 1800 block of Custer Ave. 

 

 

 

2/16/19 @ 1852 hours -- An Officer was dispatched to a business parking lot in the 3100 block of N. Montana Ave for a report of a family disturbance.  Investigation into the matter led to no charges being filed at this time.

 

 

 

2/16/19 @ 1929 hours -- An Officer was dispatched to a business in the 2700 block of Prospect Ave for a report of a cold theft.  There is suspect information and the case is active.

 

 

2/17/19 @ 0012 hours -- An Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation in the area of Cruse Ave and 11th Ave.  Investigation into the traffic stop led to the 27 year old male driver being placed under arrest for DUI (2nd Offense) and Aggravated DUI (2nd Offense).  He was booked into the LCSO Detention Center.
