On 02-13-2019, Mitchell Gail Hammock updated his registration information with the Minot Police Department as an Offender Against Children showing he had moved within the city limits of Minot.
Hammock is currently listed with an UNASSIGNED RISK LEVEL with the ND BCI and as such is treated as a HIGH RISK offender within our jurisdiction until a risk level is assigned.
Hammock was convicted on 11-12-2015 of Gross Sexual Imposition which was later amended to Child Abuse and Neglect. Hammock is an Offender Against Children.
