Billings man Dominique Kendall Brown arrested for Assault with a weapon, Kidnapping, and Negligent Endangerment charges.
On Feb 3, 2019, Billings Police Officers Quin Johnson, Raymond Steiber, Casey Bigelow, and Trey Malcolm were dispatched to the Holiday Gas Station on King Ave East.

The 911 dispatch described the incident as weapons complaint that was called by a Holiday employee.

Billings Police Officer Quin Johnson made contact with the female victim who indicated that Dominique Brown was acting strangely.

The female decided to escape from the hotel where they had been staying.

While she was walking Dominique drove up in his vehicle and offered her a ride, the female then got in and instead of taking the female home like she had asked Brown started to talk crazy and act erratically and the female victim became scared as Brown told her he was going to shoot her.

Brown pulled a gun out and pointed it at the female victim threatening to kill her as he continued to drive.

At some point, Brown let E.A. out of the vehicle and the female victim ran into the Holiday yelled at the Holiday employees to call the police and hid in the bathroom until police arrived.
