  ...SNOW SHOWERS WILL AFFECT NORTH CENTRAL BIG HORN...SOUTHEASTERN MUSSELSHELL AND CENTRAL YELLOWSTONE COUNTIES... At 935 AM MST, snow showers were occurring from southeast of Roundup to near Shepherd to northeast of Pryor, moving east at 10 mph.


These snow showers can reduce visibility to one mile and cover roads with less than one inch of snow. The most intense snow should last one hour or less.


Locations impacted include... Shepherd, Huntley, Worden, Ballantine, Pompeys Pillar and Crow Indian Reservation, Interstate 94 between mile markers 6 and 40, and Interstate 90 between mile markers 461 and 492. Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations.


Be prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra time when traveling. This advisory does not include the city of Billings.
