On 10/30/18 at 1032 hours, an Officer responded to the area of 6th and Park for a report of criminal mischief. There is suspect information and the case is active.

 

On 10/30/18 at 1033 hours, an Officer took a report of an assault that had occurred earlier. There is suspect information and the case is active.

 

On 10/30/18 at 1049 hours, a School Resource Officer responded to the 1300 block of Billings for juveniles in possession of tobacco. At the conclusion of the investigation, three juveniles were cited and released to guardians for underage possession of tobacco.

 

On 10/30/18 at 1145 hours, an Officer spoke with a complainant concerning a fraudulent charge that occurred in another jurisdiction. This has been forwarded to the proper jurisdiction.

 

On 10/30/18 at 1418 hours, an Officer responded to the 3000 block of Montana for a report of an accident. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 64 year old male was placed under arrest for 1st offense DUI.

 

On 10/30/18 at 1420 hours, an Officer responded to the 700 block of Helena Avenue for a report of an individual at that location who had a confirmed warrant for their arrest. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 31 year old male was placed under arrest for a Missoula District Court warrant.

 

On 10/30/18 at 1425 hours, an Officer responded to the 1500 block of Wilder for a welfare check on an individual. The Officer was able to locate the individual and at the conclusion of the investigation, a 24 year old male was placed under arrest for 1st offense DUI, driving while suspended, and expired registration.

 

On 10/30/18 at 1448 hours, a School Resource Officer responded to the 1300 block of Billings for a report of a juvenile in possession of tobacco. At the conclusion of the investigation, a juvenile was cited and released to a guardian for underage possession of tobacco.

 

On 10/30/18 at 1500 hours, an Officer responded to the 1500 block of Railroad to assist Probation and Parole. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 48 year old male was placed under arrest for possession of dangerous drugs (felony) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

On 10/30/18 at 1827 hours, an Officer responded to the 300 block of Euclid for a report of an individual attempting to cash a forged check. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 22 year old female was cited for forgery and the unlawful use of an identification card.

 

In the last 24 hours, Officers responded to 90 calls for service which included 9 accidents, 8 suspicious circumstance, and 5 disorderly conduct or disturbances.
