Billings Man Christopher Douglas Buchholz Arrested And Charged For Partner Family Member Assault

Billings man Christopher Douglas Bucholz was arrested and charged for Partner Family Member Assault.  This was his first offense.

The incident location took place at 6950 Lake Shore Drive in Billings case number is CR - 2018 - 2272 the facts and summary of the case are as follows:

 On October 10th, 2018 deputy Brandon Nichols from the Yellowstone County Sheriff Department was dispatched to the address of 6950 Lakeshore Drive describe as a physical disturbance.

While he was in route to the address the 9-1-1 Dispatch Center stated that the complainant advised it was her husband who had hit her.

Once Deputy Brandon Nichols arrived on scene the female complainant showed the deputy her injuries that were on her mouth.

She stated she wasn't sure if she was struck with her husband's fist or elbow when he was attempting to gain control over their motor vehicle.

The defendant Christopher Douglas Buchholz was arrested for Family Member Partner Assault which in this case is a misdemeanor.

Bucholz was transported to the Yellowstone County Detention Facility where at this time he remains.
