In this case, the driver of the white pickup T-boned the white SUV shoving the SUV onto the sidewalk. The female driver of the pickup was observing the damage to both vehicles and appeared to be shook up.
The Driver of the white SUV had a minor in the back seat who was on the side that that took the full blow from the pickup. The child appeared to have Autism and was not talking or moving, but was just sitting quietly in her seat.
