Many of the intersections in Billings are uncontrolled intersections.  The rule of thumb is the driver on the right-hand side has the right of way first.   That would mean the person on the left-hand side needs to let the vehicle on the right side cross into the intersection first.

In this case, the driver of the white pickup T-boned the white SUV shoving the SUV onto the sidewalk.  The female driver of the pickup was observing the damage to both vehicles and appeared to be shook up.

The Driver of the white SUV had a minor in the back seat who was on the side that that took the full blow from the pickup.   The child appeared to have Autism and was not talking or moving, but was just sitting quietly in her seat.
