Officer Cache Anderson got out of his patrol car and approached the pickup truck and made contact with both males.

The passenger was identified as  Tyler Lamere and the driver was identified as Michael Paul Gruber.    Officer Cache Anderson observed a drug pipe on the laying on the floorboard between Michael Paul Gruber's feet.

Tyler Lamere had several warrants for his arrest that were active, so Officer Cache Anderson removed Lamere from the vehicle.   As he was being removed Officer Anderson observed a pipe that Lamere had been sitting on, laying on the seat.

Billings Police Officer Cache Anderson then put his attention towards Michael Gruber.  Officer Anderson discovered that the plates that were on the pickup truck did not match that vehicle and belonged to another vehicle.

The pipes that were found tested positive for METH.
