A Montana News source has told the Montana News investigative reporter that a man by the name of Johnny Weathers from Rosebud County is the only alleged homicide suspect in the death of 31-year-old Louis Lee Oldbear on the evening of August 28, 2018 at the downtown Hardee's.
The Billings Police have not yet named a suspect in the homicide to the media as of this publishing date.
According to MNA police sources, Weathers already had a criminal case against him for Burglary and was sentenced to 15 years but 10 of those years were suspended. This case was back in late 2003 and the sentencing date was early 2004.
Johnny David Weathers then jumped bail back in 2012.
According to an inside Billings Police source, who asked not to be named for fear of losing their job, told the Montana News Investigative reporter that a high-level bond was going to be asked of the Court once they find Weathers and arrest him and get him off the public streets.
An MNA Press street source, indicated that Weathers may have fled from the city of Billings possibly to the State of Georgia or Ashland Montana.
