Billings man Jacob Kane Bradley and Billings woman Staci Lynn Trujillo both were arrested and charged for endangering a baby by smoking Meth in front of the toddler.  The toddler tested positive for METH.

ON August 17, 2018, Billings Police and CPS received a tip that at the address of 301 Burlington Ave, a toddler was being abused and that the residents were smoking METH out of a light bulb in the presence of a (2) year-old toddler.

CPS worker Jared Bangerter arrived at the same address due to a hotline tip that was called into the CPS hotline.

Billings Police Officers Mansur and Officer Punt were dispatched to the home on Burlington Ave along with Probation Officer Tom Tom Fulton.

According to the Billings Police rating site, Officer Brad Mansur badge #442 has a Rating (A) and can be trusted by the public.  Officer David Punt badge#92  has a Rating (C) and can be trusted by the public.

When Officer Mansure and Punt knocked on the door they could hear a commotion coming from the inside of the home.

Someone peeked out of the curtain that was in front of the wind.  No one answered the door so Officer Mancur and Officer Punt waited for the Probation and Parole Officer Tom Fulton to arrive.

Once Tom Fulton arrived he requested Bradly come to the door.  Bradley opened the door and stated that they had been sleeping.  T

Staci Lynn Trujillo came to the door holding a toddler in her arms.  Trujillo began to cry as Officers explained why they were there.

Probation Officer Tom Fulton search the home and located a scale with METH residue and a little white box that also had white residue on it also.

Officers observed the toilet was flooding.

Bradley explained to the Officers that they had broken their bulb and flushed the broken glass and METH down the toilet.

Neil Friedel was called in by CPS and requested to do a drug testing on Bradley and Trujillo.  Both Bradley and Trujillo consented to the drug testing.
Both of the individuals tested hot/positive for METH and Amphetamines.

CPS, then took the toddler away, later almost 35 minutes, CPS requested that Fridel also test the toddler.  That test was conclusive that even the toddler had METH in his system also.    The most common way for children to ingest meth was to get it through second-hand smoke.
