A warrant was issued by Officer Justin Simonson SO 24-5 for Jone's failure to reduce his speed by 20 mph below the posted speed limit (50mph+) and Driving in the lane next to an emergency/police vehicle.
Dwight Jone was also driving without a valid drivers license.
