Billings Police Officer Foster and Beck were assigned to the Street Crimes Unit and were driving an unmarked car, which they drive on a regular basis.
Both Officer Foster and Beck maneuvered their undercover vehicle into position behind the Gold Sedan that had a temp tag on it.
Officer Foster ran the tag #AAIL3556 and that tag came back as belonging to David Pilcher, whom the Street Crimes Units have knowledge that David Pilcher is suspected of involvement with various Motor Vehicle thefts.
Foster followed the vehicle into the intersection of King Ave East and Orchard Lane.
Once the vehicle stopped a dog and a male got out of the vehicle and went into the park.
Officer Foster and Officer Beck, parked the undercover vehicle about (1) block away and then Foster got out of the unmarked patrol car and started walking towards the Gold Sedan that was Parked roughly a block away.
As Officer Beck and Foster approached the vehicle they recognized Molly May Fogle sitting in the passenger seat of the vehicle.
Fogle had a valid arrest warrant.
Fogle was arrested without incident.
Officer Foster verbally engaged Marissa Pilcher if any drugs were in the vehicle? Marissa Pilcher stated to Officer Foster that their might, “possibly” be drugs.
Officer Foster and Officer Beck then searched the vehicle and found inside the door panel a bag.
Inside of that bag were seven (7) syringes and a small baggie that contained METH. Both of the females were arrested and transported to the detention center. The white substance field tested as METH.
