At 0153 hours, an Officer responded to the 2800 block of N Montana for a report of a female passed out in a drive thru.  The female was located and identified; she demonstrated signs of impairment.  A DUI investigation was conducted.  At the end of the investigation, the 37-year-old Boulder woman was arrested for DUI and Aggravated DUI.  She was booked into the LCSO jail.         

 

At 0227 hours, an Officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of  6th and Warren.   The female driver demonstrated signs of impairment; a DUI investigation was initiated.  At the conclusion of the investigation, the 22-year-old Helena woman was arrested for DUI.  She was booked into the LCSO jail.   

 

At 0357 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 1800 block of Wilder for a report of a theft of a motor vehicle.  A short time later, the vehicle was located at Walmart and it was determined the vehicle was likely not stolen.  

 

At 0354 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 600 block of S California for a report of a female yelling for help.  Officers arrived and could hear people inside, but the door was locked and no one would answer the door.  The Officer forced entry into the apartment and made contact with the occupants.  A burglary was reported by the occupants and the case is active.     

At 0641 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 2000 block of N Oakes for a report of a theft of belongings from 2 vehicles.    

 

At 0623 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 3200 block of N Sanders for a report of a found wallet.   

 

At 0940 hours, an Officer was dispatched the 300 block of  W Lawrence for a report of a violation of a protection order.  The case is active.    

 

At 1225 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 1600 block of Cedar for a report of a found purse.    

 

At 1401 hours, an Officer responded to the Emergency Room for a report of a disturbance in the waiting room.  It was determined nothing criminal occurred.    

 

At 1621 hours, an Officer responded to the 2600 block of N Montana for a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle.  Video Surveillance was captured and the case is active.  

 

At 2121 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 2700 block of Prospect for a report of a theft of a hitch from a motor home.   

 

At 2317 hours, an officer responded to the 3100 of Prospect for a report of a male being disorderly and attempting to grab vehicles as they drove by.  The male was located and identified.  It was discovered he had a valid warrant for his arrest.  The 48-year-old Helena area man was arrested and booked into the LCSO jail.      

 

At 2259 hours, an Officer responded to the 600 block of Legend Loop for a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle.  it was reported the vehicle tires were slashed.
