Billings Man Phillip Grant Wanous-Russell Arrested And Charged For Un-sworn Falsification

Billings man, Phillip Grant Wanous-Russell was arrested and charged with un-sworn falsification to authorities.

On July 27, 2018, Wanous-Russell deceived the Express Pawn Shop, when he made a false written statement stating that he owned both the Yamaha generators which he actually, did not own.

On June 28, 2018, Sheriff Detectives located two Yamaha Generators located at the Express Pawn that were pawned by Phillip Wanous-Russell.

In a previous burglary case, a victim told Officers that two of his generators were stolen.

The victim gave a description of the generators.

Two generators were stolen from his garage.  

The Express Pawn shop wants restitution in the amount of $500.00 because they purchase both of the generators for the amount of $25.00 a piece.
