Missoula man, Jordan Frances Underwood, was arrested and charged with multiple offenses such as, Intimidation, Physical harm or confinement, attempted assault with a weapon and criminal endangerment.
On July 9th, 2018 LES's were called to a residence located on Mullan Road for a disturbance that involved a gun.
Jordan Underwood is accused of firing his handgun in the air.
Once Deputies arrived at the home of Tracy and John Borgialli.
According to Tracy Borgialli, Jordan Underwood was in her back yard with a
Jordan Frances Underwood, lives in a single wide trailer which is located in her backyard of her home. Tracy Borgialli told the Deputies that Underwood was in a romantic relationship with her daughter.
According to the court documents, Tracy Borgialli stated that her husband and Underwood got into a verbal argument that got quickly out of hand.
Both men got into a physical confrontation when Underwood tried to get into the Borgialli's home.
Jordan Underwood is accused of trying to kick John Borgialli fell onto his back. This argument got worse. Jordan Underwood started to punch John Borgialli in the face repeatedly.
Underwood is accused of being very intoxicated.
Tracy was able to get her husband back into the home. She then went outside herself to talk to Jordan Frances Underwood.
Underwood by this time had produced a pistol, which he held in his hands. Jordan Underwood cocked the pistol and fired it into the air.
Tracy asked Underwood to put the gun away, but Underwood responded "tell that motherfucker to get out here, we'll go head to head."
Underwood then pointed his pistol at Tracy's head and acted and indicated that he was going to shoot her.
Underwood was frustrated, then pointed the gun into the air and fired a round off.
Officers located Jordan Underwood inside of his trailer, but the Deputies were not able to find any gun in Underwood's possession.
Deputies did locate a Taurus .45 caliber gun and a Heritage .22 revolver in the trailer home.
Underwood admitted that he an an altercation with John Borgialli, and that he had pushed Borgialli.
After a PBT test, that was conducted by the Deputies, it displayed a .229 BAC.
Underwood also stated the John Borgialli hit him in the jaw area and almost made him become unconscious.
Officers took Jordan Frances Underwood to jail without further incident. The case #CR-2018-756 The MANS#3200G1802162. This case will be prosecuted by Deputy County Attorney Brittany L. Williams.
