Missoula man Jadedacus Science Maldonado was arrested and charged for Criminal Endangerment, Theft and Reckless Driving.
According to Missoula Sheriff records, Jadedacus Science Maldonado on June 17, 2018 was involved in a vehicle accident.
According to sources, Maldonado stated to Missoula Deputies that he had stolen a car and was just driving around in the vehicle. The car he stated that he stole was a 2003 Camry, which belonged to Mallory Knudsen.
Knudsen reported that at about 5:00 in the morning her car disappeared. Maldonado continued...and described how he drove around until &;00 a.m. and then parked somewhere and went to sleep.
At 2:00 p.m. he started to drive around again, not really going anywhere just driving to drive.
Jadedacus Science Maldonado described how he was driving very fast and trying to run all the stop signs and stop lights.
Finally, he described as how he ended up in someone's yard. When he turned he saw a truck that he claims was trying to cut him off so he swerved into a parked GMC Acadia.
Kay Rich, who is a witness in this case, told L.E.O. That she observed a car drive by her house at a high rate of speed. As she was standing out in the open the car started to come back at a very fast pace and what she thought, was that the car was pointed in her direction as if trying to run her down. Kay Rich froze motionless and it was her husband who ran tackling her to get her out of the way of the oncoming car.
Another witness stated that they had seen the vehicle driving fast down the street and then swerved into a GMC Acadia. The driver jumped out of the vehicle and then ran away. This particular witness gave chase and out ran Maldonado tackles him to the ground and holding him until police arrived to make the arrest. This case is being prosecuted by Jordan Kilby deputy county attorney for the Missoula County Court.
