According to Lieutenant Jayson Zander, Badge #745 of the Helena  Police Department, reported the following data:

       

At 0029 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of Euclid for a report of a male trespassing at that location.  the male left prior to Officer arrival and the case is active.  

 

 At 0135 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of Cruse Ave for a report of 4 individuals trespassing on the fire tower.  While en route, the complainant advised the 4 individuals were no longer on the tower, but were in the area. Two juvenile females were located that matched the description.  they were ultimately cited for trespassing and referred to Juvenile Probation.    

 

At 0654 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 1800 block of Last Chance Gulch for a report of a stolen camp trailer.  it was reported a 2017 Puma 31 foot camp trailer with license plate 5-13153B was taken.     

 

At 0721 hours, an Officer responded to the 2800 block of N Montana Ave for a report of criminal mischief to a building.  It was reported the building was vandalized with spray paint. 

 

At 0732 hours, an Officer responded to the 800 block of Custer for a report of vandalism and a theft of property from a construction site.   

 

At 0812 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 1100 block of Highland for a report of a motor vehicle theft.  a 2004 white Ford Explorer with license plate 5-27959.  was stolen from a driveway.  The vehicle was unlocked and the keys were in it.  There is suspect information and the case is active. 

 

At 0839 hours,  an Officer was dispatched to the 1200 block of Maple for a report of a burglary to a business.  The complainant came into the business and observed a male exiting through a window.  the case is active.    

 

At 0921 hours, an Officer responded to the 3000 block of Villard for a report of a theft of a bench from a yard.  

 

At 1145 hours, an Officer responded to the Law Enforcement Center for a report of a male there with two active arrest warrants.  the 31-year-old Helena man was arrested and booked into the LCSO jail.   

 

At 1335 hours, an Officer responded to the Law Enforcement Center for a report of a male there with an active arrest warrant.  The 38-year-old Helena man was arrested and booked into the LCSO jail. 

 

At 1135 hours, Officers responded to 2900 block of Prospect for a report of a male in a residence with two valid arrest warrants.  When Officers made contact with a female resident, the suspect male fled out the back door running from Officers.  When the Officers caught the male, he continued to resist arrest and was ultimately subdued with a Taser.  The 38-year-old Helena man was arrested and booked into the LCSO jail for the two warrants, Obstructing a Police Officer, and Resisting Arrest. 

 

At 1358 hours, an Officer responded to the 3100 block of Sanders for a report of a forged check.  The case is active.  

 

At 1439 hours,  an Officer responded to the 900 block of 8th Ave for a report of a runaway juvenile.     

 

At 1434 hours, an Officer responded to the 3400 block of Highway 12 E for a report of a theft of vehicle keys.  

 

At 1419 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the are of Sanders and Maple for a report of a theft of multiple vehicle batteries.  

 

At 1438 hours, an Officer responded to the 100 block of N Rodney for a report of a male at that location with a valid arrest warrant.  The male was identified and arrested for the warrant.  the 36-year-old Helena man was booked into the LCSO jail. 

 

At 1302 hours, an Officer responded to the 1300 block of Orange for a report of a theft of property from a boat.  

 

At 1715 hours, an Officer responded to the 1000 block of Helena Ave for a report of credit card fraud.  the case is active.

 

At 1912 hours, an Officer responded to the 1600 block of N Benton for a report of a stolen bicycle.   

 

 At 1927 hours, an Officer responded to the 900 block of Sonoma for a report of a stolen boat.  it was reported a 2009 blue/white Water Ventura boat was stolen.  

 

At 2038 hours, an Officer responded to the 10 block of Last Chance Gulch for a report of a disorderly intoxicated man.  The male was located and it was learned he was challenging others to fight and using offensive language.  The 37-year-old Helena area man was cited for Disorderly Conduct and referred to Municipal Court.

 

At 2113 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the area of Montana Ave and Partridge for a report of a reckless driver.  It was reported a male driver was all over the road and had hit numerous street signs.  The male was located and determined to be having medical problems; he was transported to the hospital.  

 

At 2229 hours, an Officer responded to the 1300 block of Laurel for a report of a domestic disturbance.  it was determined nothing criminal occurred.   

 

At 2345 hours, an Officer responded to the 2200 block of 11th Ave for a report of a theft of a wallet from a vehicle.   

 

 

 

The Helena Police Department responded to 112 calls for service.  Of those calls, they responded to 5 vehicle crashes,  11 Welfare Checks, 4 trespassing complaints, 4 Disorderly complaint, and 6 Suspicious Circumstance calls.
