6/8/18 @ 1009 hours -- An Officer was called to the 2700 block of Prospect Ave concerning report of a possible intoxicated driver in a business parking lot.  Investigation into the matter led to a 32 year old female and a 32 year old male being placed under arrest for a outstanding warrants.  The female had a warrant out of Great Falls Municipal Court and the male had a warrant out of Helena Municipal Court.  They were booked into the LCSO Jail.

 

 

6/9/18 @ 0240 hours -- An Officer was on patrol in the area of Cole Ave and N. Montana Ave.  The Officer observed a vehicle with an equipment violation and attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle.  The vehicle did not stop and led Police on a short pursuit.  The pursuit ended in the 1200 block of Bozeman Ave to where the vehicle crashed into a chain link fence.  The driver of the vehicle was placed under arrest for fleeing/eluding an Officer and felony theft of a vehicle.  There was a passenger in the vehicle but fled at the time of the stop.  The driver of the vehicle, a 34 year old Butte female was booked into the LCSO Jail.  This case is still active.

 

6/9/18 @ 0802 hours -- An Officer was called to the 800 block of Camelot Ct concerning report of a possible domestic disturbance.  Investigation into the matter led to a 23 year old male being placed under arrest for PFMA (1st Offense).  He was booked into the LCSO Jail.

 

 

6/9/18 @ 0808 hours -- An Officer took a report of a theft that occurred in the 900 block of Cherry Ave.  The complainant advised that an unknown person stole the hubcaps off of their vehicle.

 

6/9/18 @ 1036 hours -- An Officer took a report of a fraudulent activity.

 

6/9/18 @ 1133 hours -- An Officer took a report of a theft that occurred in the 1000 block of 9th Ave.

 

6/9/18 @ 1234 hours -- An Officer took a report of a found debit card that was located in the 20 block of Neill Ave.

 

6/9/18 @ 1319 hours -- An Officer was called to investigate a burglary that occurred in the 800 block of 12th Ave.

 

 

6/9/18 @ 1420 hours -- An Officer took a report of a theft from a vehicle that occurred in the 1100 block of Roberts St.

 

 

 

6/9/18 @ 1515 hours -- An Officer was called to a business in the 1600 block of 11th Ave concerning a theft.  

 

 

6/9/18 @ 1533 hours -- An Officer was called to a business in the 2000 block of Cromwell Dixon Lane concerning a theft.  There is suspect information and this case is active.

 

 

 

6/9/18 @ 1639 hours -- An Officer took a report of a theft that occurred in the 900 block of Abbey St.

 

6/9/18 @ 1757 hours -- An Officer took a report of a theft that occurred in the 3200 block of Hwy 12 East.

 

 

6/9/18 @ 1900 hours -- An Officer was called to the 500 block of Raymond St concerning report of a domestic disturbance.  Investigation into the matter led to a 43 year old female being placed under arrest for PFMA (1st Offense).  She was booked into the LCSO Jail.

 

 

 

 

6/9/18 @ 2014 hours -- An Officer was called to investigate a possible burglary that occurred in the 1500 block of Beech St.

 

6/9/18 @ 2015 hours -- An Officer took a report of a theft that occurred in the 3000 block of N. Montana Ave.

 

6/9/18 @ 2020 hours -- An Officer was called to the 1600 block of Phoenix Ave concerning report of a possible assault.  Investigation into the matter led to a 25 year old female being placed under arrest for PFMA (1st Offense).  She was booked into the LCSO Jail.

 

6/9/18 @ 2203 hours -- An Officer was called to investigate a burglary that occurred in the 1000 block of Butte Ave.

 

6/9/18 @ 2320 hours -- An Officer made contact with a person in the area of Garfield St and Peosta Ave.  Just prior to this Officer contact, a Deputy had attempted to conduct a traffic stop with this vehicle that the Officer was out with.  Investigation into the matter led to the driver, a 26 year old male being placed under arrest for 2 outstanding arrest warrants (Jefferson County and Justice Court) and driving while suspended.  He was booked into the LCSO Jail.
