Kevin Iffland shows favoritism to those that that grease his rod, while throwing many in the public, including some Billings Police Officers under the rug.
Kevin Iffland has worked in the Law Enforcement field for about 23 years, but of those 23 years he has become a stinky dirty cop who needs to be taken off the streets.
In a way, this takes him off the Billings streets as a cop, but it also gives Billings Police Chief Rich St. John a bit more power when it comes to getting his way for further funding and forcing the Billings taxpayers, to foot the bill for his dirty police force.
Kevin Iffland may have 600 government leadership training hours, but by watching his Mode of Operandi, one has to wonder did he go to stupid school? Or does he ignore what he was taught in leadership classes that even a 7th grader probably could out rank him at their grade level.
Currently, Kevin Iffland is in charge of the Office of Professional Standard and supervises many of the department support services and special assignments.
Kevin Iffland, may have legal problems headed his way very soon for some dirty things he has done as a cop. The Montana News will report on that when the legal storm strikes.
Basically, if Kevin Iffland lies to the public as a Billings Police Captain, what is to say that he won't carry over his bad habits and continue to be a known liar to the public, even if he is an assistant, to the City Administrator.
Billings Police Captain Kevin Iffland has an -F rating on the Billings Police rating site. Those ratings were voted on by over 100 people in the Billings public who sent in their stories of what Kevin Iffland has done to them or the out of line treatment that they received by Kevin Iffland.
Being appointed to this new position actually makes him an easier target to expose. So their are pros and cons regarding his new appointed position.
City Administrator Bruce McCandless needs his head examined for even thinking about bringing Kevin Iffland, a known dirty cop, deeper into City Hall.
God Help the City of Billings.
