Billings Shooting On SouthSide

According to Sgt. Cagle of the Billings Police Department,  on 5/22/18 at approximately 1327 hours, Billings Police responded to an apartment complex at 801 S. 28th St. for what was described as reports of a gun fire.

 

Upon the Billings police Officers arriving at the scene, it was determined a disturbance escalated in one of the apartments ending in several shots being fired and one adult male being struck by gunfire.

 

The victim was talking to police on scene before being transported to a local hospital. The suspect is in police custody and all parties are being questioned by detectives. The case is still ongoing.
