A Bilings man Jesse Tyler Old Crow was arrested and charged with Assault with a weapon.
Billings police were dispatched to the address of 1425 Broadwater Ave for a disturbance in progress in progress.
That address belongs to the night club called "Bones Brewery."
Billings Police Officer Bigelow arrived and spoke to A.G., who was working security at Bones. A.G. Stated that they kicked out Jesse Old Crow as he was very intoxicated and caused problems in the bar.
Several people were trying to get Jesse Tyler Old Crow into his vehicle. Suddenly, pulled away from several people who were trying to corral him into his vehicle. Jesse Old Crow was able to retrieve a rifle from the vehicle.
Cocking the rifle, as if he was going to shoot, Old Crow appeared to not only be intoxicated but just angry at everyone there.
The Bones security charged Jesse Tyler Old Crow as Old Crow was drawing the rifle in the direction of A.G.
A.G. tackled Old Crow, knocked the rifle out of his hand. Another Bones employee quickly picked up the rifle to keep it from being used by Jesse Tyler Old Crow.
A.G. stated to the police that he believed that Old Crow was "100 percent going to shoot him."
Once Officer Anderson arrived on the scene, he cleared the rifle magazine, which was loaded with (3) live rounds and one in the chamber of the rifle.
Steven Diller another Bones security man stated that old Crow had been bothering other patrons in the bar and including a customer that was in a wheel chair.
Diller indicated that he saw Old Crow open the trunk and pull out a rifle He ran inside to call 911 .
