On 04/17/18 at 0732 hours, an Officer responded to the 1200 block of Knight for a report of a juvenile causing a disturbance during class the previous day.  At the conclusion of the investigation, a 14 year old juvenile was cited for disorderly conduct and released to a guardian.

 

On 04/17/18 at 0805 hours, an Officer made contact with an individual who was parked on a curb in the area of Park and Placer who was possibly under the influence.  At the conclusion of the investigation, a 48 year old female was placed under arrest for 3rd offense DUI and aggravated DUI.

 

On 04/17/18 at 0913 hours, an Officer responded to the 200 block of Broadway for a report of found drugs.  The item was placed in to evidence.

 

On 04/17/18 at 1430 hours, an Officer responded to the 2400 block of Broadway for a report of found drugs.  The item was placed in to evidence. 

 

On 04/17/18 at 1706 hours, an Officer responded to the 800 block of Montana for a report of a burglary.  It was later determined that a vehicle was also stolen at the time.  The vehicle is a red 1994 GMC Sierra, Montana license 5-15730B.  There is suspect information and the case is active.

 

On 04/17/18 at 1721 hours, an Officer responded to the 2000 block of Billings for a report of a family disturbance.  The Officer met with all parties involved and no charges were filed at this time. 

 

On 04/17/18 at 1727 hours, an Officer responded to the 1900 block of Oakes for a report of a family disturbance.  The Officer met with all parties involved and no charges were filed at this time.

 

On 04/17/18 at 1918 hours, an Officer responded to the 600 block of Last Chance for a report of an individual at that location who had a warrant for their arrest.  At the conclusion of the investigation, a 34 year old female was placed under arrest for a Municipal Court warrant.

 

On 04/17/18 at 1850 hours, an Officer responded to the 500 block of Leslie for a family disturbance.  The Officer met with all parties involved and the case is active.

 

On 04/17/18 at 2020 hours, an Officer responded to the 700 block of 11th for a report of a theft.  There is suspect information and the case is active.

 

*** I also want to advise you of a report from Montana Wildlife Center in the 2000 block of Broadwater Avenue.  Fish Wildlife and Parks reported that a small yearling bear with a green ear tag escaped from their rehab center during the night.  It is unknown where the bear is at this time and Fish Wildlife and Parks along with Animal Control are looking for it.  If someone sees this bear, please contact Fish Wildlife and Parks at 444-2535 or Montana Wild at 444-9944.  You can also contact 911.  Don’t approach wildlife; report the location and we’ll have FWP and Animal Control respond to recapture it.

 

In the last 24 hours, Officers responded to 81 calls for service which included 10 welfare checks, 6 traffic stops, 5 family disturbances, and 3 burglaries.
