At 1156 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 2700 block of Prospect for a report of a cold shoplift that occurred on a previous date.  The case is active. 

 

 At 1311 hours, an Officer responded to the 1400 block of Sanders for a report of an assault that occurred in a different jurisdiction.  We assisted that agency in the case.   

 

At 1857 hours, an Officer responded to the 3000 block of Montana Ave for a report of a shoplift in progress.  The Officer arrived and identified a 45-year-old Great Falls woman.  It was learned she had a valid warrant for her arrest.  The woman was arrested and booked into the LCSO jail for theft and the warrant. 

 

At 2019 hours, an Officer responded to the 500 block of Logan for a report of a disturbance.  It was determined nothing criminal occurred. 

 

At 2153 hours, an officer responded to the 1600 block of N Montana Ave for a report of an assault that occurred.  It was reported a male approached the complainant while cleaning his car.  The male punched the complainant and broke the window out of the complainant’s vehicle.  The case is active.

 

At 2359 hours, an Officer responded to the 700 block of 11th Ave for a report of a domestic disturbance.  At the conclusion of the investigation, a 39-year-old Helena man was arrested for Partner or Family Member Assault.  He was booked into the LCSO jail.
