Billings man Sievor Clayton Slovarp was arrested and charged with Strangulation of a family member. On April 2, 2018 a phone call was received by the 911 Comm Center, from a man who identified himself as Sievor Slovarp.
Slovarp was upset that his mother had kicked him out of the house. His Mother, N.S. told police that she wanted her son and his girlfriend out of the house as that he Son had assaulted her.
When BIllings Police arrived at the home residence located at 2425 Cook Ave N.S. told Officers that she wanted Alexandria Coulter to leave the house, but according to her, Coulter refused to leave her home. The Mother of Slovarp then knocked on her Son's door and told him that he needed to have Coulter his girlfriend leave the house or she was going to call the police.
Sievor Slovarp became angry and yelled at his mother that he was going to "beat the shit" our of his mother. He then stated that he would kill her if she called the police.
Sievor Slovarp then grabbed his mother (N.S.) and started to shove her he into the wall which made his mother fall to the floor. Slovarp then got on top of his mother and grabbed her neck with both of his hands, and started to strangle her in an attempt to kill her.
The struggle continued between mother and son. N.S. fought back and scratched and was hitting her son to get him off.
Slovarp let go for a brief moment then got back on his mother first kicking her in the chest to put her back on the floor.
Slovarp's mother , then kicked her son in the groin area which made him let go of her, but only for a brief moment. as Skovarp crawled back on top of his mother and started to strangle her again but this time with much more force.
N.S. fought back and was able to get her son off of her and she was able to run into another room and call 911.
WHen police were able to interview Sievor, he stated that he did get into a disturbance with his mother and that he did assault her and grabbed her by the neck wen he was able to get her on the ground. Slovarp admitted to trying to strangle his mother out.
