Billings Police Make Traffic Stop Near Lee's Saloon And Arrest Two Guatemalans

A traffic stop that the Billings police conducted netted 2 illegal aliens who claim their were from Guatemala.


On November 20th 2017 Billings Police Officer Anderson had been dispatched to an area of several suspicious vehicles that were in and around Lee's Saloon .


Officer Cache Anderson badge# 447 was directed to a particular vehicle that had expired plates.


Once officer Cache Anderson approached the vehicle in the area of the 3000 block of 5th Avenue South. The vehicle immediately took off at a high rate of speed in an attempt to what appeared as evading contact with Officer Cache Anderson badge #447.


According to the Billings Police ratings, Officer Cache Anderson badge #447 has a rating of (A).   This Officer can be trusted by the public and is not a threat to public saftey.


Once the officer caught up to the vehicle, both the driver and the passenger doors opened up and two men got out of the vehicle. Other officers arrived to assist Officer Cache Anderson at the scene .


Multiple cans of beer were laying on the inside of the vehicle, some appeared to be opened and some were not.


Both the passenger and the driver smelled of alcohol and both men had difficulty in speaking English .


According to police records, both men identied themselves as Guatemalan residences, and were in the United States

illegally. The driver used a fake name of Luis Manuel Hernandez Saban.


ICE Officers, however, were able to determine that the real name of the driver was actually Daniel Hernandez Gomez and that he gave a false notification of Louise Emmanuel Hernandez Saban .


This case is being prosecuted by Brent Lynn Weber who is a Deputy County attorney the case number is DC 17 - 1367 Heather replace report number is 17 - 84695


Perfect example:  If that WALL was Built, Montana would not have to deal with Illegals.    SO....BUILT THAT WALL !
